Account and Data Deletion Request

We respect your right to privacy and data control. You can request the deletion of your KidsTalk account and all associated data at any time.

To request account deletion, please follow these steps:

  1. Compose a new email.
  2. Set the recipient to: enrhka@gmail.com
  3. Use the subject line: Account Deletion Request
  4. In the body of the email, please include the username (defName) of the account you wish to delete.

What Happens Next?

Once we receive your request, we will process it within 7 business days. Account deletion is permanent and will result in the removal of all your data from our systems, including your profile, chat history, and any associated app bindings.
