This Privacy Policy describes how ProtoPlay ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application KidsTalk (the "App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

Children's Privacy

Our commitments regarding children's privacy:

• No Personal Information Collection: We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information (such as name, address, email, or phone number) from children.
• No Behavioral Advertising: We do not serve behavioral or interest-based advertisements to children.

• Parental Control: Parents or guardians can contact us at any time to review, delete, or restrict the collection of their child's information.

To provide the core functionality of the App, we collect only the minimum necessary information:

How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is used exclusively for the following purposes:

• Push Notifications: We use the device push token solely to send you notifications when your KidsTalk web account receives a new private message.
• Language Display: We use your language preference to provide the App interface in your selected language.
• Account Linking: We use deep link data to automatically complete the binding process between your KidsTalk web account and this App after installation.

We do not use any collected information for advertising, profiling, or any purpose other than those explicitly stated above.

Our App uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality:

• Deep Link Data: Processed temporarily during the account linking process and not retained long-term.
